Follow the Star…A Quick Workout for the Crazy Holidays

TZ-Star-of-Bethlehem.grid-6x29-10 Instructed by the king, they set off. Then the star appeared again, the same star they had seen in the eastern skies. It led them on until it hovered over the place of the child. They could hardly contain themselves: They were in the right place! They had arrived at the right time! {Matthew 2:9-10 The Message}

Imagine if the Three Wise Man didn’t have that star to follow. If they were just sent on a journey to witness the birth of our Savior with no plan. No map. No idea where they were going? It would have been a pretty rough trip. They probably wouldn’t have made it in time, if they made it at all. They probably would have felt the same way I do when I don’t have a work out “plan,” discouraged, annoyed, and hopeless.

If I don’t have a star {aka a plan} when I workout I often find excuses not to do it at all, and during the holidays there is no shortage of things I need or would rather do. So, today I am going to give you your own star to follow. Below you will find a star that will guide you on your way to a quick, heart pumping workout. Follow the plan and in 20 – 30 minutes you will have done a total body workout, pumped up that heart rate, and be rockin’ that cocktail dress for New Year’s Eve in no time!
