LOVE Pillows

hi friends!

i’m back with a sweet & “LOVE”ly project for your bed!

my friend bev from Flamingo Toes and  i got together with her fancy-dancy silhouette machine & made this project {keep reading if you don’t have this machine – there is another way to make these!!}:

based on these LOVE pillows from Lush Designs:

what you’ll need:

cutting machine or exacto knife

freezer paper

paint & paint medium {to make the paint washable} & a sponge brush

iron & 2 pillowcases

so, here’s what we did! bev chose a different font for each letter {L – Cast Iron, O – Ornatique, V – Tropicana, E – Circus}.

we added a sheet of freezer paper to the cutting machine mat

let the Silhouette cut the letter out {you can also check out Holly’s tutorial from 504Main on how to do this with an exacto knife!}

and then ironed onto the pillowcase & began painting

removed the freezer paper once it dried {& added a bit of white paint where we accidentally stenciled outside of the lines!

add some pillows, throw on your bed & now you have some extra LOVE in your room!
